We’re going to be updating the app shortly – ratings and reviews is coming back to the app. It will enable us to separate out value tracking from content feedback.
Teams – last week we had a great discussion with Bob O. in Canada, exploring how Mind Settlers could help him and his consultants after a client engagement is over, to continue supporting teams ongoing and also get visibility of their activities, outcomes and long term improvement cycles.
We see this as a great external coach/consultant use case for teams. The building blocks in our app are there:
Content – share best practices from others that exist or add in consultant resources, even company specific actionable ideas.
Collections, Camps – two ways you could group actionable ideas for the client, depending on what it is.
Tracks, Journeys – set up public goal-specific. gamified action plans OR personalized ones for a very specific person or group.
Teams – the capability exists to set up a private view for a specific group of people, where you can see the activity stream
The building blocks ALSO work for internal coaches and ‘consultants’ working with many teams. Many of our users have told us that they have dozens of teams or more to support. Mind Settlers could extend your reach and provide visibility of what’s going on in response to your advice or game plans.
